The Security Awareness Analyst will have a significant impact on advancing the security and compliance culture, and behavior of the organization.
The Analyst will play a vital role in development and facilitation of training and awareness content, identifying program gaps and driving maturity, and helping to establish metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute security awareness training content such as formalized and interactive training, communications content such as cyber security updates, security newsletters, etc.
- Facilitate Phishing Campaigns include content creation, coordinating with technical teams for seamless integration and execution and analyzing results for remedial training needs for repeat clickers
- Analyze and report on the results of training and awareness efforts, including metrics on employee behavior, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement
- Create and deliver engaging security awareness training programs, workshops, and materials to educate employees on information security risks and best practices
- Coordinate and execute live Security Awareness related events such as guest speakers, promotions, and Cyber Awareness Security Month live events
- Creating custom security training content for highrisk population such as consultants, HR, repeat clickers
- Tracking annual Security Awareness training progress and following up with overdue curriculum
- Maintain and update Security Awareness Training assets such as Cyber Security Intranet site and KB4 training platform
- Responds to Security Awareness Training questions
- Collaborate with GRC team to develop strategies to evolving Security Awareness Program
Qualifications:
- Associate/Bachelor's degree or similar or equivalent relevant work experience 2+ years of work experience in Information Security domain 1+ years of experience in Security Education & Awareness or related areas
- This role requires the ability to work with and support systems designed to protect sensitive data and information
