    Description

    We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, designing graphics, and managing social media channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, have exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for design, and be proficient in social media marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase leads, and promote sales
    • Create compelling content for various channels, including blogs, email newsletters, social media, and website copy
    • Design graphics, infographics, and other visual content to enhance marketing materials
    • Manage and grow social media channels by creating and publishing engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, content creation, and social media marketing
    • Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media channels
    • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media outlets to increase brand exposure

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and social media marketing
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
    • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
