    Description

    Job Description HEIDARI LAW GROUP, P.is one of the fastest-growing and successful Plaintiff's Personal Injury and Employment law firms in California and Nevada, with principal offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but additional offices throughout both states.

    We are currently seeking two Personal Plaintiff Litigation Associates to add to our growing team.

    Unlike other firms, we pride ourselves on taking our cases from intake and up and through to trial, if necessary, which provides our employees and candidates the perfect opportunities to gain extensive trial, litigation, and negotiation experience.

    Ideal candidate has two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience.


    • Personal injury litigation and Trial experience is a huge plus.
    • Employment law experience is a plus, though not necessary.
    • Strong familiarity with legal research, including Shephardizing and/or KeyCiting law for law and motion purposes.
    • Federal Court litigation is not necessary, but welcome. Law and Motion – Research and drafting of Motions and Oppositions to various motion types, including but not limited to Motions for Summary Judgment and Demurrers, as well as Discovery-related Motions.
    • Drafting complaints ranging from basic motor vehicle accidents to complex premises and assault cases.
    Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, time management, and project management skills in handling the caseloads required of the position.


    • Fully Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
