We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician at Dunbar Village, a 83-unit, residential property located in South Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and turn units for moveins (make ready)
- Complete typical apartment work orders
- General preventative maintenance and unit inspections
- Exterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding and landscaping vendor supervision
- Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Replacement and repair of household appliances and items (i.e. refrigerator, stoves, sinks, drains, toilets)
- Opportunity to do basic welding, minor HVAC repair and special projects
- Light cleaning and pickup of grounds in accordance with safety and sanitizing protocols
Experience and Skills:
- High School diploma/GED.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in facilities maintenance, hotel or apartment community experience (preferred but not required).
- General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.
- Warm, outgoing personality.
