- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base in the Permian Basin area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including oilfield and industrial supply stores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and orders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- 3+ years of outside industrial sales experience required.
- Fluid conveyance knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Permian Basin market and key players is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
