    Industrial Sales Representative – Midland, TX

Our client operates as a distributor, specializing in providing hose, couplings, fittings, and associated products to a diverse range of industries, such as agriculture, construction, and manufacturing.     About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Industrial Sales Rep (Outside sales) to spearhead business development efforts in the Permian Basin region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and nurturing client relationships within the industrial and oil & gas sectors. While fluid conveyance experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong industrial sales background and a hunger to succeed in a competitive market.

    Industrial Sales Representative Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base in the Permian Basin area.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas sectors.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including oilfield and industrial supply stores.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and orders.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

    Industrial Sales Representative Requirements:

    • 3+ years of outside industrial sales experience
    • Fluid conveyance knowledge is preferred, but not required.
    • Bilingual is a plus.
    • Proven ability to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Knowledge of the Permian Basin market and key players is advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel within the region.
