Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated SaaS Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. You will play a pivotal role in promoting TractIQ's products and services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. This role aims to pay $75k-$85k a year plus 10% commission on sales
Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and geographic regions.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and offer appropriate solutions.
· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of leads through the sales cycle.
· Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of TractIQ's SaaS solutions.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to position TractIQ effectively in the market.
· Take part in the sales process for continuous improvement
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or a related field.
· Strong understanding of software solutions and their application in business operations.
· Strong understanding of the commercial real estate world
· General knowledge of the self-storage industry and its unique business challenges is a significant plus
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Familiarity with Hubspot software and other sales tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
