    DISTRICT SALES MANAGER (WISCONSIN & UPPER PENINSULA MICHIGAN)

    We are on the lookout for a District Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will directly report to the Zone Leader and will be responsible for overseeing a group of dealers to drive growth by product line through successful wholesale strategies. You'll play a key role in shaping dealer retail activities by implementing best practices that enhance dealer loyalty and contribute to overall growth at BRP.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan on a per-product basis to meet district sales targets, engaging dealers in BRP programs and influencing dealer behaviors through BRP's key Unit Best Practices.
    • Create action plans for key Focus Dealers to achieve targeted growth, focusing on the adoption of best practices.
    • Achieve Unit Certification targets on a quarterly basis to enhance customer experience and dealer network purchasing experience.
    • Support corporate events and Unit-related dealer activities.
    • Provide training to dealers and their staff on product features to drive successful retail performance.

    IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, YOU'LL BE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE:

    Required:

    • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
    • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated initiative in project implementation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various individuals and departments.

    Please note: This role involves managing dealers in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The selected candidate must reside in this district, preferably around Wausau or Green Bay, with up to 80% travel required.

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, sales).
    • Experience in Powersports or Marine industry.
    • Previous dealership sales experience.
