    Position Overview:

    Welcome to the exciting opportunity for the role of Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing at our esteemed company. As the Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on tax implications, recommending courses of action, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research: Conduct financial analysis on intercompany transactions, evaluate industry data, and assist in setting appropriate pricing policies
    • Tax Compliance: Ensure client compliance with transfer pricing requirements, conduct detailed reviews, and manage engagement successfully
    • Tax Controversy: Represent clients on contested tax issues when necessary

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Major in Accounting or Economics preferred
    • Advanced degree preferred

    • Experience in transfer pricing practice required

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
