- Performs all tasks necessary to operate equipment according to procedure.
- Implements customer required quality requirements by performing specified quality checks/inspections per the customer specification.
- Packages and labels finished products according to the Control Plan.
- When an order ends, performs a line clearance.
- Actively communicates with coworkers – key items within the plant environment on safety, quality, maintenance, production and continuous improvement.
- Follows work instructions as needed and may be asked to write, revise and train others to those instructions.
- Performs root cause analysis when problems arise to determine if actions can be taken immediately or appropriate personnel need to be called.

Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker, operates stretch blow molding pack-out machines, closure/liner assembly machines, vial packing cell and closure bagging machines to produce finished goods according to customer/stock specifications. In addition, rakes parts from presses for work-in-process requirements. Performs quality checks and packages finished goods according to the production order/customer specification.
May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.
QualificationsStarting rate $19.77 with quarterly increases up to $20.25. Also, shift difference $2.00 per hour for both afternoon and midnight shifts.
