Duties:
- Assist customers by providing policy information and explaining coverage details
- Generate and finalize new policies
- Update existing customer policies based on their needs
- Process payments and supply requested documents to clients
- Recommend additional products and services for enhanced protection and agency growth
- Assess customer requirements to suggest optimal solutions
- Follow up on customer inquiries or concerns through outbound calls
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers
Experience:
- Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance license mandatory
- Two years of insurance background required
- Preferably previous experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening
- Proficient in outbound calling strategies
- Strong problemsolving skills to address customer issues
Pay:
$30, $50,000.00 annually
