Duties:
  • Assist customers by providing policy information and explaining coverage details
  • Generate and finalize new policies
  • Update existing customer policies based on their needs
  • Process payments and supply requested documents to clients
  • Recommend additional products and services for enhanced protection and agency growth
  • Assess customer requirements to suggest optimal solutions
  • Follow up on customer inquiries or concerns through outbound calls
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers

Experience:
  • Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance license mandatory
  • Two years of insurance background required
  • Preferably previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening
  • Proficient in outbound calling strategies
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address customer issues

Pay:
$30, $50,000.00 annually
