Job Summary:_
The
CSR performs multiple tasks related to processing quotes, processing orders, communicating the needs of the customer with the production team and sales staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities:_
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:_
- Take the envelope specifications and create the quote for the Estimators.
- Return all pricing to the customer in a timely manner.
- Process all orders received.
- Relay any questions with the order back to the sales staff or customer.
- Track the proofs going out and being returned
- Check the status of orders once they are scheduled.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:_
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to read a ruler down to 1/1
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision.
Education and Experience:_
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with a computer.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:_
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Walking between office areas.
