Job Summary:_


The
CSR performs multiple tasks related to processing quotes, processing orders, communicating the needs of the customer with the production team and sales staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities:_

  • None
-
Duties/Responsibilities:_

  • Take the envelope specifications and create the quote for the Estimators.
  • Return all pricing to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Process all orders received.
  • Relay any questions with the order back to the sales staff or customer.
  • Track the proofs going out and being returned
  • Check the status of orders once they are scheduled.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:_

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read a ruler down to 1/1
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision.

Education and Experience:_

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with a computer.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:_

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Walking between office areas.
