Vous allez
- Profiter d'un matériel professionnel de qualité et d'innovations pour assurer un confort de travail et une meilleure autonomie
- Garantir la qualité de la prestation hôtelière, la mise en place et le respect des standards par les services de son périmètre (service Guest Relation, service Front desk, service hébergement, service transport, Meeting & Events)
- Gérer l'administration et la gestion de la trésorerie selon le village
- Veiller à la conformité de l'offre proposée aux clients (parcours client, personnalisation, réclamations...) par rapport aux standards du Club Med
- Décliner des objectifs budgétaires, mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions pour s'assurer de la réalisation des objectifs fixés
- Manager vos équipes, les encadrer et les accompagner dans un objectif de développement et d'atteintes des résultats, qualitatifs et quantitatifs
- S'assurer du respect des procédures juridiques et commerciales de ventes en village et de leur appropriation par vos équipes
- Garantir la qualité des prestations, le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité Club Med ainsi que l'entretien du patrimoine
