Your responsibilities in the recruiting department:

  • Independent applicant management
  • Screening and selecting applications
  • General applicant correspondence and direct contact with candidates in German and English
  • Participation in personal interviews

Your responsibilities in the performance management department:

  • Contact person for process and tool-related questions
  • Coordination of the monthly performance management process
  • Active participation in shaping internal communication through various channels
  • Support in creating performance management reports and analyses
