Head of IT Workplace (Microsoft 365)
Key Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and its integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of user interface design.
- Experience leading transformation projects.
- Prior experience as a manager in a Workplace role.
- Expertise in various devices and device harmonization/operations (e.g. phones, laptops).
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about IT.
Desirable Skills:
- IT Service Management (ITIL) knowledge.
- Consulting background.
- Proficiency in German language.
About the role:
- As the Head of IT Workplace, you will have global responsibility and lead a team of 7 colleagues.
- You will be in charge of harmonizing devices globally and managing device operations.
- As a member of the leadership team, you will make key decisions on devices (e.g. phones, laptops) and determine the best approach for integrating them with MS365 to enhance the user interface experience.
- You will oversee any MS365 software improvements
