    We're seeking a dynamic and growth-minded leader to join us in the role of FP&A Senior Manager to play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and financial performance across the organization in a collaborative, innovative environment in addition to being a part of our mission to enable, accelerate, and empower our partners at Momentum companies, allowing them to deliver best-in-class solutions for their customers.

    Day to day you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights, financial forecasts, and budgetary guidance.

    As a

    FP&A Senior Manager

    on ourAccounting team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission.

    Here's a glimpse into what your overall responsibilities might look like:

    Lead the annual budgeting process, including collaboration with department heads to develop financial targets and assumptions.

    Drive the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial projections to support decision-making.

    Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.

    Partner with department leaders to analyze key performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

    Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior leadership, highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities.

    Evaluate capital investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis to support strategic decision-making.

    Mentor and develop a team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


    Work closely with our partners at Further, empowering them with the support needed to deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers.

    Dedicate time to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices.

    Qualifications

    We're looking for someone who:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Possesses at least 7+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting.

    Demonstrates leadership in the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop financial targets and assumptions.

    Excels in driving the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial projections to support decision-making.


    Has a proven track record of effectively managing complex financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.

    Translates data into meaningful recommendations and strategies, showcasing strong analytical skills.

    Delivers excellent communication and presentation skills, with a history of presenting to senior executives.

    Displays advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.

    Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities effectively.

    Is passionate for building and sustaining successful businesses and making a positive impact.


    Demonstrates focus, attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on highly repetitive tasks in distracting environments where accuracy is crucial.

    Can handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and remaining agile.


    When considering experience for this role, we typically find a great fit with candidates who have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the specified field.

    Additionally, experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus.

    The base salary range for this position may vary based on location.

    Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location.

    In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
