    Description
    Job Functions
    • Develop and oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
    • Manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk.
    • Oversee cash management, including working capital, capital expenditures, and investment strategies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, both internally and externally.
    • Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
    • Provide the family members with information vital to the decision-making process on an as-requested basis.
    • Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

    Required Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree In Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum of 10 years as a Financial Planner and Analyst or related position
    • Knowledgeable of all accounting laws, regulations, and GAAP
    • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
    • Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-unit retail/restaurant concepts preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
    • Family Office accounting preferred
