    Summary/Objective
    Customer Support Specialist will provide administrative supportto the Technical Sales Specialist team by entering customer orders, setting up new customer accounts, obtaining quotes from vendors, and expediting orders as necessary.

    Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:

    1. Responsible to provide daily administrative support to the Inside Sales Team
    2. Ability to setup new vendors and new accounts within ERP system.
    3. Manage workload of sales order entries in a timely and accurate fashion.
    4. Support the team of inside sales professionals by obtaining quotes from vendors.
    5. Capable of processing sales orders, entering data through Salesforce and P21 ERP platforms.
    6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative and clerical functions and entries.
    7. Operate as point of contact for customers when expediting orders, reviewing shipping status and providing general assistance.
    8. Ability to communicate in a professional manner both through written and verbal channels.
    9. Responsible to review open order reports and communicate with internal and external partners to expedite as needed.
    10. All other duties as assigned by supervision.
    Requirements for Customer Support Specialist:
    1. Preferred applicants will have continued education in the form a business, clerical or administrative focus.
    2. One to three years' related experience in data entry, customer service or administrative roles recommended.
    3. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms quickly and naturally.
    4. Proven high attention to detail, self-driven and result oriented performer.
    5. Capable of thriving in a team environment with instinct to serving others.
