- Collaborate with the New Home Senior Project Manager in home site survey preparation.
- Research home setbacks at the local level (city and county).
- Oversee the shipping, arrival, and installation of new homes.
- Evaluate existing home sites for necessary preparation.
- Assist communities in coordinating the reception, installation, and vendor management of new homes.
- Identify and engage vendors to ensure competitive pricing and cost control.
- Travel approximately 60% of the time.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management or relevant experience, although it is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus; HS Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient in physical facility management, including construction and renovation.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels.
- Capability to create and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors and project partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

We are currently looking for a candidate to support the New Home Senior Project Manager in lot modifications and preparations for new home installations. This position will be mainly based in the Chicago area with around 60% travel to communities in Illinois and Iowa.
