Compensation: E 11 TV-L State Building Management Lower Saxony The State Building Management South Lower Saxony is one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony and carries out construction projects for the state and federal government.

With around 120 employees, we manage more than 1,800 buildings in the southern region of Lower Saxony. We are currently seeking an Engineer (m/f/d)
  • Architecture for our Department of Building Planning on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
The possible work locations are Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Goslar, Göttingen or Hildesheim.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Planning and design of construction projects (phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI) for federal and state properties
  • Management and supervision of specialist consultants as the client's representative (project management)

Our requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Dipl.
  • Ing.
(FH), Bachelor) in Architecture
