Our client, a renowned property developer in Nuremberg, is currently seeking a full-time employee (m/f/d) for commercial project management and controlling through direct placement.

Your responsibilities

Customer service/contract management
Invoice verification and cost control
Processing of payments
Management of buyer and contractor guarantees
Invoicing to customers
Preparation of division declarations
Support in the creation of project reports
Preparation of year-end closing activities
Regular reporting to project managers and management
Organization and completion of property-related insurances, including handling of claims
Commercial handling of legal disputes and debt collection in close cooperation with the lawyer

Your profile

Training as a real estate agent (m/f/d), ideally with further education as a real estate specialist (m/f/d)
Experience in residential construction
Experience in project management and controlling
Affinity and enjoyment of working with numbers
Analytical understanding
Independent and reliable work ethic
