- Responsible for producing accurate estimates and proposals in a timely manner
- Present prepared proposals by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Analyze bid requests and compare for errors and omissions
- Embrace customer and sales focused approach of the business
- Ensures professional and timely communication with the company sales team, contractors, clients, architects, vendors, the corporate team. and customers to coordinate timely work progress
- Manage internal and external proposal paperwork
- Monitor project progress and establish priorities based on deadlines
- Organize and file all proposal documentation
- Manage document tracking, electronic and hard copy
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience and or/training, construction environment experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, accounting or related field is preferred. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must possess excellent skills in math, writing and organizational skills. The ability to learn new concepts/procedures quickly.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a detailed oriented team environment.
- Must have the ability to work effectively with all levels of management with emphasis on the sales force and customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) is a plus.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. use of protective gear).

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposal pricing, contributing to the profitability of the company by working with the operations and sales staff on various project management responsibilities. This person will work directly with the company sales team, contractors, clients, architects, vendors, and the corporate office.

Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and effective manner with the customers, account representatives, company representatives, management, staff, and the public in face-to-face, one-on-one and group settings. Ability to use a telephone for communication. Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance at the facility. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Use office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and facsimile machines. Ability to communicate in writing in a clear, concise and effective manner. Sit, stand, or walk for extended time periods. Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges. Ability to accurately distinguish color variation. Read at, above, and below shoulder height. Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch. Sufficient manual dexterity required to operate equipment. Tolerate inclement weather, including heat and cold. Normal range of tolerance to household and other types of typical industrial/ construction chemicals and solvents.
