Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in one or more single projects which are not necessarily related to each other
  • Be accountable the completion of regularly scheduled tasks or events as assigned
  • Organize the various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication
  • Organize and schedule meetings (using Teams or other technology) including save the date notices, meeting date updates/changes, distribution of agenda, creation of minutes from meeting proceedings/recordings
  • Complete regular and newly assigned supportive tasks
  • Coordinate activities, resources and/or information to support a project's needs
  • Is knowledgeable of Epic and able to move competently across the patient's medical record as well as use basic reports in Epic.
  • Monitor daily tasks, pertinent communications and project calendars as assigned. Generates regular updates.
  • Creates reports and updates the project manager and, when requested, other members of management
  • With input from the PM, provide information and clarification to team members regarding project needs, etc.
  • Using information collected, make recommendations to the PM
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines and/or deliver requested work in a timely manner
  • Complete any special projects or tasks assigned to maintain an efficient and effectively functioning practice
  • Practice appropriate confidentiality relating to assignments.
  • Assist senior management via other duties as requested or assigned
  • Attend and complete training and/or specialty classes as assigned

Required:
High school Diploma or GED


Preferred:

  • Previous experience in healthcare area
  • Project coordinator experience a plus
