Job Description

shark&minnow is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join their team. They are an innovation consultancy that aims to drive change in business and marketing with a focus on creativity and innovation.

The ideal candidate for this role should be skilled in digital marketing ecosystems and have a strong passion for the field. As an Associate Project Coordinator, you'll be involved in managing marketing systems for the Design and Content departments, overseeing digital campaigns, community management, client relationships, and providing general team support. To excel, you'll need to be responsible, organized, creative, flexible, and a fast learner.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, mathematics, or related field
0 – 2 years of marketing experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
Knowledge of HTML, web browsers capabilities and email marketing platforms
Understanding of social media systems, platforms and digital tools
Self-directed with excellent work outcomes
Strong discretion and judgment skills
Willingness to travel occasionally

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Acumen & Marketing Systems: Manage, optimize and monitor digital marketing systems, execute editorial calendars, collaborate with creative teams, and contribute to strategic presentations.
Analytical: Dive deep into data, analyze insights, set content goals, and deliver measurement reports regularly.
Consulting, Account & Project Management: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables are shared on time.
Design Aesthetic and Style: Recognize and defend great work, uphold design standards.
User Experience Mindset: Understand human-centered design in marketing.
Conceptual Thinking: Generate creative ideas and adapt them to marketing systems.
Teamwork: Collaborate in a team-based environment, inspire teams through support.
Communication: Maintain open, fluid communication channels.
Prototyping: Embrace iterative processes, learn from failures, and create marketing deliverables.
Openness: Be optimistic, open to new ideas and ways of working.
