- 2+ years of work experience; recent and proven experience in activation required; other digital advertising, such as search and/or social, is a plus
- Full ownership of campaign day to day and success in hitting campaign KPI's
- Recommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities
- Create effective analyses and case studies of their work to be shared with the client and functional team
- Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client's goals
- Have experience with setting up campaigns in Facebook, IG, Snap, Reddit, and any other social platforms. Also hands on keyboard experience with monitoring, pacing, and optimizing campaigns, including leading tagging and trafficking efforts.
- Has experience in excel, reviewing and looking at data.
- Experience managing a team with at least 1 direct report.
- Understands how to pull and actualize billing on a monthly basis. Responsibilities

QualificationsCompensation Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
