    Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience; recent and proven experience in activation required; other digital advertising, such as search and/or social, is a plus
  • Full ownership of campaign day to day and success in hitting campaign KPI's
  • Recommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities
  • Create effective analyses and case studies of their work to be shared with the client and functional team
  • Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client's goals
  • Have experience with setting up campaigns in Facebook, IG, Snap, Reddit, and any other social platforms. Also hands on keyboard experience with monitoring, pacing, and optimizing campaigns, including leading tagging and trafficking efforts.
  • Has experience in excel, reviewing and looking at data.
  • Experience managing a team with at least 1 direct report.
  • Understands how to pull and actualize billing on a monthly basis.

  • Delegation - as a manager of our Associate level, this role is where delegation skills begin and are key.
  • Relationship Building - whether internally or with clients, practices the ability to be personal, understanding and a desire to do what's best for the team and the client.
  • Compensation Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependence Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, and paid medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
