Description

ABG Print is a reputable, fast-growing digital printing company based in midtown Manhattan, New York City. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional print production and customer service to our digital print customers.

We require a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience with Adobe Creative Suite related to digital printing.

In this role, you will be expected to provide a variety of digital printing services, including wide format printing and mounting, binding, finishing, laminating, delivery, and file correction.

You will utilize Adobe Suite and other pre-press software to set up files for clients and ensure that they meet our quality standards.

In addition, you will use the company's print MIS software to estimate pricing for client work.

Your duties will also include maintaining positive customer relations through active engagement with the customer during all stages of the sales, production, and customer service process.

We staff employees at different shifts, including evening and weekend hours as needed to accommodate our customers' needs.

• Provide digital printing, wide format printing and mounting, binding, finishing, laminating, delivery and file correction services for the company's digital print customers.
• Use Adobe Suite and Other Pre-Press Software to Setup Files for Clients
• Use Company Print MIS Software to estimate pricing for client work
• Maintain positive customer relations through active engagement of the customer during all stages of the sales, production and customer service process.
• Flexibility to work at different shifts.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in prepress and color management
• Knowledge of graphic design principles
• Familiarity with flexo press and screen printing processes
• Strong attention to detail for quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with print advertising and layout design is a plus

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
