If so, we want you to join our team as a Talent Sourcer for Process IndustriesLocation : Open to Houston, Cleveland, Cary, Westerville, and Auburn Hills office locations (position will be hybrid)Job Responsibilities and Duties :
Collaborate with Talent Partners to understand available positions and their requirements.
Build a robust talent pipeline by evaluating and screening potential candidates, with a focus on engineering, product/project management, sales, and more.
Develop recruitment emails, brand announcements online and offline to spark candidate interest.Utilize crowdsourcing techniques and leverage employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Engage with candidates on social media platforms and professional networks.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidate profiles.
Measure and analyze conversion rates of identified candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Cultivate relationships with key business stakeholders to understand roles in various areas including field service, project engineering, finance, and more.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, sales, or related roles.
Preferred experience in Field Service, Engineering, or Technical recruiting.
Comfortable communicating with individuals at varying experience levels.
Proficiency in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
Additional Details :
Must be willing to travel domestically up to 30% to attend recruiting events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will focus on building a talent network within the Pulp, Paper, Mining, and Metals industries, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Technical Schools, and Military networks.

Pay Details:
$45.00 to $50.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
