    6 month contract

    Pay: $40-47/hr

    Job Responsibilities and Duties


    • Communicates with Talent Partners for the available positions and their requirements


    • Creates talent pipeline for hiring needs by evaluating and screening potential candidates with focus on engineering, product/project management, sales and more


    • Develops recruitment emails, brand announcements online and offline to generate candidate

    interest


    • Crowdsources potential candidates and generate referrals from current employees


    • Interact with potential candidates on social media and through professional networks


    • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques


    • Connects on social media and with professional networks to interact with potential candidates


    • Measure conversion rates of identified candidates through the recruitment funnel

    Job Requirements


    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales representative, or related role


    • Comfort with communicating with varying experience levels


    • Knowledge in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday


    • Time-management and organizational skills


    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
