    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    Communicates with Talent Partners for the available positions and their requirements

    Creates talent pipeline for hiring needs by evaluating and screening potential candidates with focus on engineering, product/project management, sales and more

    Develops recruitment emails, client brand announcements online and offline to generate candidate interest

    Crowdsources potential candidates and generate referrals from current employees

    Interact with potential candidates on social media and through professional networks

    Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques

    Connects on social media and with professional networks to interact with potential candidates

    Measure conversion rates of identified candidates through the recruitment funnel

    Job Requirements

    Minimum 4 years of experience as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales representative, or related role

    Comfort with communicating with varying experience levels

    Knowledge in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday

    Time-management and organizational skills

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent

    General information In this role, Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for job openings within Process Automation. Sourcers play a crucial role in the recruitment process by utilizing various sourcing techniques to find potential candidates, such as searching online platforms, social media, and professional networks. They evaluate resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure a strong pool of candidates. Sourcers also maintain candidate databases, track sourcing metrics, and provide regular reports on their sourcing activities. Their goal is to effectively source and engage top talent to support the organization's hiring needs.

    Your responsibilities

    Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify candidates for open positions.

    Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

    Collaborating with talent partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.

    Building talent pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom CRM for both current and future hiring needs.

    Networking with industry professionals and attending job fairs to attract talent.

    Maintaining candidate databases and keeping track of recruitment metrics.

    Providing feedback to the Talent Acquisition team on the quality of sourced candidates.

    Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

    Adhering to recruitment policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

    Your background

    Education

    Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

    Experience

    Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a sourcing or recruiting role. Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools and techniques.

    Knowledge

    Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

    Knowledge of different sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

    Skills

    Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

    Abilities

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

    Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding candidates.
