About The Role
As our first Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in building Finch's marketing foundation.
Not only will you be a key influencer for our product roadmap, but you'll also lead our developer brand and engagement efforts and shape how Finch is perceived by the developer community.
As the go-to-market voice on our team, you'll be a key stakeholder developing product growth practices and driving user adoption.
What You Will DoSpearhead the definition of "product marketing" at Finch
Scale product and feature launches, and customer engagement and feedback
Produce high-quality external and internal work materials with relevant feature positioning and information
Build cross-functional relationships to influence the Finch product roadmap and organize product launches
Analyze market trends, industry-specific problems, and competitors to create strategic positioning that differentiates Finch
Equip the sales teams to efficiently close deals with marketing collateral and tools
Become an authority of Finch's APIs, products, and integrations
Who You Are
4+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically targeting a developer audience and/or marketing API products
Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, messaging, pricing
Experience executing a range of GTM programs including webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc.
Proven experience partnering with internal and external product and engineering teams
Ultimately, a creative problem solver
