    Description


    The Category and Brand Management team is the central liaison for partners, collaborating with CDW stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

    The Manager will drive the development among partner's marketing strategies at CDW, leveraging investments and programs to deliver customer outcome messaging and increase marketshare.

    The Senior Brand Manager Operational Marketing role is the marketing expert and business manager.

    This role acts as the channel leader and provides guidance to respective Partners, identifying opportunities and developing marketing strategies to increase solution sales.

    The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving revenue, profitability and awareness for respective manufacture while engaging heavily with Sales.

    The Senior Brand Manager interacts with senior level management while independently driving strategy for program development and financial management.

    Key Areas of Responsibility


    Engage frequently with strategic partners to maintain an open channel of communication at all times across CDW and partner stakeholders.

    Other Responsibilities

    Be the subject matter expert for Microsoft's incentive and financial programs such as VIR and COOP

    Track and manage the Microsoft funds while also managing the overall budget for the brand

    Manage the quarterly claims and POE for marketing campaign funds, funded heads, and any other type of MDF funding received from Microsoft

    Understand and communicate partner organizational structure with key decision makers and foster strong executive relationships.

    Communicate partners' financial conditions and market new products related to the assigned partner.

    Manage and maximize overall profitability; managing financial benefits and develop a strategy around re-investing funding.

    Coordinate, manage, and create customer and sales facing events in alignment with the Sales Brand Managers

    Develop marketing plans for partner in conjunction with Partner Investment that outline target customer segments, products, promotions, pricing, positioning and complete launch plans

    Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis, both internally and externally, on brand performance, category performance, industry trends, and market share.

    Obtain and facilitate necessary partner and industry certifications.

    Education and/or Experience Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree and 4 years Sales/Marketing experience, OR

    8 years' experience in Sales/Marketing, OR

    4 years CDW PPM experience and 4 years' experience in Sales/Marketing.

    Ability to effectively engage with executive leadership.

    Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

    Strong financial and business acumen.

    Strong strategic agility and analytical skills.

    Strong presentation skills.

    Proven track record of driving results.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous experience in the technology industry.

    Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing.

    Prior experience in Supply Chain, Pricing, Merchandising or Program Management.
