As an AWS Technical Training Developer, focused on AWS services and solutions, you will dive deep into new AWS services and Generative AI to deliver training and enablement across AWS leveraging various training modalities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter seeking to own key technical training and enablement for new AWS services and Generative AI, with room to innovate and develop new enablement solutions for our global tech field audience (Solutions Architects, Customer Solutions Managers, Professional Services) in our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) organization. SMGS helps customers design and build technical solutions, driving adoption, revenue, and growth for some of the largest and fastest growing small and mid-market accounts, to enterprise-level customers (including public sector).
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering enablement programs that support new AWS services and Generative AI, strengthening the technical effectiveness/readiness of the AWS technical field.
This role will be aligned to the Worldwide Tech Field Enablement team, where you will have an opportunity to create and deliver scalable enablement assets, and facilitate technical training (live and virtually) that support new AWS service launches, and Generative AI.
This role will also require partnering with cross functional teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to establish effective relationships that drive high standards for our enablement programs and business impact.

Basic Qualifications
Experience creating and delivering training programs for a technical audience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional certification
Experience working within a fast-paced, global technology company
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems
Experience working in a professional training/enablement role
Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity and a high level of change in technology, programs, and products
Experience working with globally distributed stakeholders and teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
