    Janitorial Account Manager

    Hours:
    open availability from X-X and other time as needed

    Location:
    Chattanooga, TN Area
    The Janitorial Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations.
    Work scheduling of all account personnel.
    Establishing work standards.
    Overall inventory/equipment usage.
    Budget control.
    Troubleshooting/problem-solving.
    Orientation/training of supervisory.
    Support personnel.
    Safety compliance.
    Customer relations.
    Special project work as requested.

    What we're looking for:
    3 + years experience in a supervisory or higher capacity
    Knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite programs (Similar to Microsoft Office programs).
    Excellent people and leadership skills.
    Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
    Knowledge of human resource policies and practices in regard to managing people.
    Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
