    Description

    The Role: Account Manager

    The Facts: Johnson Group helps brands slay the giants that stand in the way of their success by blending fresh ideas with proprietary direct response tools to forge deeper brand connections and more profitable conversions. We provide full-funnel marketing and advertising from brand positioning, research, data science and full-stack development to video/photo content, and strategy and creative.

    The Summary: You will work with an experienced team of project managers, analysts, media planners, conversion specialists, and creatives. And if you're looking for growth, expect a specific career path within the account management department as the agency grows. We need you to be able to think proactively, react strategically, and move efficiently while working with brand partners.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Manages all client communications and relationships with brand partners
    • Works and collaborates with internal team of Strategists, Project Managers, Creatives, Analyst, and Media
    • Keeps abreast of client's related marketing and media plans
    • Executes projects to be high quality, on-time, and cost-effective/on budget
    • Understands the client's business and industry; continuously studies the client's industry for insights into consumer and online behavior.
    • Up to date on current marketing opportunities and challenges with the healthcare category
    • Support in the development of unique strategies and builds on existing strategies
    • Effectively manages client expectations, proactively seeks out solutions to possible concerns and proposes new opportunities
    • Travel as needed
    • Keep track of all open jobs and their status. Review with the client at a cadence that makes the most sense for each account (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly).

    The Requirements:

    • 5+ years of client-facing healthcare account management experience in an agency setting
    • Ideally based in Chattanooga, TN or within driving distance for hybrid
    • Background in healthcare is required
    • Budget and billing management experience
    • Highly organized and account detail-oriented
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Ability to drive client goals by collaborating well with internal teams
    • Understanding of tracking, analytics, and reporting
    • Deadline and detail-oriented on constantly changing digital advertising as well as other large and complex projects, such as websites and videos
    • Superior communication and presentation skills
    • Coordination between media team, accounting team, and client as needed for monthly billing purposes
