    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a mid-to-senior-level Account Manager, or what we call "Brand Producer," to join the Humanaut team.

    The main responsibility of a Brand Producer at Humanaut is to guide clients (brands) from new business through final delivery of project assets.

    To do this, you need to be able to market Humanaut in a way that nails the unique Humanaut value prop.

    You will help re-educate our clients on how to succeed in their partnership with us at each stage of the project.

    Aligning the interests of the client with those of the agency (while directing a complex project plan) requires finesse as well as stress management and self-discipline.

    Collaboration and teamwork is key to this role. In addition to all the "soft" people skills this role requires, you must be extremely organized and accountable.

    You should be able to field any question related to a project, either by knowing the answer or knowing who does.

    You need an uncanny knack for seeing around corners and the ability to predict and prepare for client needs and questions.


    Role & Responsibilities:


    With new business and client onboarding...Play a crucial role in implementing our evolving new business strategy, as well as cultivating current client relationships to develop additional project opportunities.

    Analyze and articulate a brand's business model, market dynamics, and vision for growthUnderstand and articulate Humanaut's capabilities and processesWork with operational, creative and production teams to develop and deliver scopes, and relay pricing and timelines to the clientManage agency RFI and RFP participation, as well as the (rare) formal pitches we choose to participate in.

    Master the new business to project kickoff process from the initial new business call all the way through onboarding and project kick-off Ongoing functions...Build and maintain relationships with multiple brands at onceDeeply understand the client's marketing priorities and pain pointsServe as the primary point of contact for our clientsManage the day-to-day needs of a project, including scheduling, and client and internal communicationCoordinate, prepare for and run client meetingsProvide budget oversight on all projects and manage client change orders and incremental invoicingWork with Project Producers to manage the client feedback processManage up to the leadership team, and manage horizontally across the Brand Production team to coordinate team needs and ensure smooth workflowEnsure that client needs and objectives are clearly articulated and understood inside the agency.


    Qualifications:
    4-6 years of agency experience is required.

    3+ years of account experience is strongly preferredBA/BS degree in Business Management or Administration, Advertising, PR and Marketing Communications or relevant fieldDemonstrable experience leading teams in executing a plan against specific organizational goals Experience creating and presenting capabilities, case studies, proposals and reports Proven ability to own and manage multiple projects at a time without sacrificing qualityExcellent listening, negotiation, critical thinking and speaking abilitiesEnergy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesBenefits:
