- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related role (Sr. Financial Analyst)
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related role (Jr. Financial Analyst)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Experience developing and maintaining financial models
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Hands-on ERP experience
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks
- Self-starter with ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial reporting comparing actuals to budget and trend with a focus on consolidated results, SG&A, interest,
income taxes, capital expenditures, balance sheet and headcount. - Lead the reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for Corporate functional costs working with leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Support the company-wide forecast and budget process through model development including compensation, insurance, property taxes, depreciation/amortization and capital expenditures.
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conducting financial analyses including buy vs. lease analysis and capital expenditure IRR analysis.
- Preparing ad-hoc analyses upon request.
