To support this mission, we are looking for a motivated and technically savvy
Team Leader Building Technology/Safety (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Salzhemmendorf, who will join us immediately.


What to expect

  • Management of the building management and technical services department
  • Organization and supervision of general technical work / facility management
  • Participation in site projects and planning, monitoring and implementation of construction measures
  • Implementation and ensuring of occupational safety measures
  • Training and raising awareness of employees in safety aspects
  • Organization of fire protection measures
  • Provision of all energy sources
  • Organization of emergency services, promotion of first aid measures
  • Compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements
  • Preparation, monitoring and adherence to budget
  • Coordination of oncall duty (emergency service)
  • Contact person and coordination with external safety officer
