Hello, I am Hannah, the managing director of Muttersprache:Tacheles GmbH and I am currently looking for an office clerk (manpower, womenpower, and diversepower) to join our team in Livingston, CAWe are a training company that works with medium-sized businesses and corporations worldwide, specializing in sales and social media marketing.

What does the position entail?
You will support me in organizing and managing the Muttersprache:Tacheles brand.
You will be the first point of contact and liaison for employees and external partners, and the heart of the Muttersprache:Tacheles GmbH organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting me in all my professional tasks
- Coordinating and organizing appointments, inquiries, and tasks, as well as providing contentrelated preparation and followup
- Conducting research and creating PowerPoint presentations for strategic decisions
- Accompanying me to business meetings and trips
