In an 18-month trainee program, you will explore the various business areas of LBBW. We will prepare you individually, specifically, and professionally for your future role.


As part of the BW-Bank's consistent focus on becoming an omni-channel bank, the development of digital distribution channels (including apps) is of particular importance.

In this field, there are attractive and challenging tasks in expanding and managing digital securities systems for our customers and branch sales.


Your tasks:


  • Active participation as a full team member from day one
  • Gradual assumption of responsibility for selected topics in the Asset Management and Securities Systems and Services group, such as:
  • managing the existing digital distribution channels
- designing the functional development of systems in close coordination with the securities product units
- implementing functional developments and regulatory requirements in cross-departmental and cross-functional projects
- coordinating collaboration with internal and external partners
- working on strategic and regulatory projects of LBBW and the savings bank organization
