We are looking for you to join our HR team in Germany as soon as possible, initially on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, as a

Working Student (m/f/d)

with a focus on university management and recruiting
(20 hours/week)

Your responsibilities

Support in recruiting skilled workers and interns
Independent handling of administrative personnel processes (intern and employee entries/exits, transfers, etc.)
Support in designing and implementing university management processes
Independent onboarding of new interns and employees
Participation in HR projects and continuous development of our processes

Your profile

Enrolled in a relevant degree program in the fields of HR management, business administration, business psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources management
First experience in the commercial sector, ideally in HR
Structured, careful and efficient way of working
High sense of responsibility, independence and reliability
Knowledge of SAP-HR / SAP and SuccessFactors is desirable
Very good knowledge of German language in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills
Availability of 1620 hours per week
