YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will independently communicate with our customers via email, social media, and phone in a witty, charming, and empathetic manner
You will support and advise our customers in all matters
You will bring a smile to the customer's face with every interaction and use your creativity
You will proactively contribute to your work and make suggestions for improving internal processes
You will act as the interface between all departments at JUNIQE

ABOUT YOU

You are funny, creative, and proactive
You ideally have a completed degree or training or previous work experience in customer service
You are solutionoriented and think outside the box
You can work customeroriented even under stress and adapt quickly to different situations
You always remain friendly and have the ability to empathize with every customer
You are a team player
Your German language skills are excellent
Our office language is English, so very good English skills are a big plus

HOW WE WORK

Our light-filled office is located in a renovated factory building on the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg, just a stone's throw from the Spree River and the Markthalle Neun.

As for working, we currently follow a hybrid model, a combination of in-office and home office.
