- Partner closely with leadership and HR Business Partners to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and business goals.
- Build a team that can provide strategic partnership and practical solutions to improve performance and engagement, increase efficiency, understand talent needs and mitigate people risks.
- Build and execute the strategy for the future of the HRBP function, including employee relations, processes, and direction of strategic partnership for HRBPs.
- Assist with change management and communication efforts ensuring a smooth transition for employees as the organization adopts new ways of working.
- Partner with internal and external business partners on behalf of HR in relation to all M&A activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Implement performance management processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Directly lead a team of HR professionals with responsibilities to lead: hiring, disciplinary actions, career path support, performance management, compensation, training and team goals and strategic planning.

The Director of Human Resource Business Partners plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. You will lead a team of HR business partners who serve as a strategic partner for their business segments.The director serves as a key partner to senior management, leveraging their HR expertise to optimize workforce performance and promote a positive workplace culture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:EDUCATION:
4 year college degree, advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of experience in field or related field, 5 years people management or leadership experience.
