- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and wholesale clients, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to engage with our audience, promote products, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Process wholesale and retail orders, including order entry, invoicing, and shipping coordination, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Handle bill payment and expense tracking, maintaining up-to-date records and reconciling accounts as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, including product information, customer records, and administrative documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics and managing calendars for team members as required.
- Update and maintain product listings on our website, including uploading photos, writing descriptions, and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Perform general office duties as needed, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
- Background in music or sound therapy preferred, with a strong understanding of musical concepts and terminology.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a relaxed yet busy environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Tech-savvy with experience using social media platforms for business purposes and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
