    Description

    Description of Work

    As an Office Associate, you will:
  • Support Nebraska Extension by providing a wide array of administrative duties in areas such as 4-H, Horticulture, Early Childhood, and Nutrition education.
  • Create and maintain letters, spreadsheets, reports, and work documents.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence.
  • Assist with Web content, email blasts, photos, newsletters, and other media projects.
  • Help educators and assistants by providing clientele with related research-based information/publications.
  • Assist with Extension related events such as county and state fairs, classes, programs, meetings, conferences, workshops, and information/awards ceremonies.
  • Provide receptionist duties as assigned or needed.
  • Assist with office financial transactions.
