The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). SPA is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Action Officer (DAG) - Intermediate to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.

Responsibilities:

Perform and maintain DAG support functions to include recognition programs, training and security.
Will be responsible for tracking, editing and submitting awards and other HR-Related duties from time-time.
Manage NRO Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions for supported office.
Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate.
Coordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management review.
Manage and execute the action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serves as facilitator for user requirements.
Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meetings deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending new actions.
Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the NRO.
Draft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence.
Develop and maintain presentations for audiences up to the NRO level, maintain a quality control process for all presentations.
Participate in DAG related meetings.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in related technical or business discipline (Advanced degree preferred) plus 4+ yrs relevant experience OR High School diploma/ GED and 8+ yrs relevant experience
Knowledge of federal acquisition requirements. Department of Defense DoD/Intelligence Community (IC) budget & finance, and National Security Policy.
Knowledge of systems engineering, project or program management.
Ability to understand and write in systems engineering technical language.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
