- Direct and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external trackers.
- Ensure SDA Cell Chiefs and Tranche Directors are responsive to daily action items as well as monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines, prepare periodic reports on action status, and keep leadership aware of late, pending, and new actions
- Provide research, writing, editing, drafting, creation of graphics, production, and technical coordination to create, maintain, and update definitive documentation for efforts as required by the government. This includes creating, maintaining and archiving briefings, animations/movies, speeches, white papers, video or other media.
- Establish andmaintain effective working relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical or business related discipline

- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
- Candidates MUST be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and be independently motivated while maintaining a strong commitment to communication.
- OSD, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Command experience a huge plus.

Position Overview
Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA).
