    J Paul Roofing & Construction is seeking to onboard a Commercial Business Development Representative to expand our brand recognition and increase revenue growth by promoting our construction and roofing services to commercial property owners, managers, and other key personnel.

    Job Summary:


    The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven sales track record of success in B2B sales and possess exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial properties arena.
    Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, and influencers in the target market.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop appropriate strategies and tactics to win new business.
    Present estimates in a professional and persuasive manner.
    Utilize and maintain a CRM system to track and report sales.

    Qualifications:

    • 4 years prior industry-related business development experience
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    Focused and goal-oriented
