Overseeing learning function with direct leadership support and responsible for the manager and team results including application of adult learning methodologies, utilization of instructional design methods, and implementation surveys Accountable for delivering measurable learning program outcomes that meet business needs In collaboration with department leadership, working to identify organizational performance gaps, making recommendations and delivering on solutions to close gaps Cultivating and building relationships, at all levels, that result in trust and credibility as a collaborative thought partner Working with the VP of Organizational Dev & Learning to deliver a multi-year strategic training roadmap that enables employees to grow as the organization evolves and changes Providing a training portfolio of solutions and experiences that delivers on developing employee talent, leadership capabilities, and meeting the operational demands of the organization Remaining current on emerging learning trends, systems, and the talent development industry to continuously bring new and proven approaches and practices to the organization Accountable for creating and facilitating leadership/coaching development courses for Director and VP level employees Evaluating leadership training programs and providing recommendations and status reports to VP of Org Development & Learning Partnering with key stakeholders and other change management practitioners to develop effective change management plans on appropriate training efforts Collecting and analyzing data to assist in the development of recommendations that influences leadership coaching effectiveness What you bring to the team: Bachelors' degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field Relevant experience may be substitute, year for year, for academic achievement Four (4) years in a leadership role with responsibility for direct supervision of leaders Proven experience in creating an organizational training program strategy and monitoring performance and progress towards program goals A combination of Seven (7) years practical experience in designing, developing and facilitating adult training and leadership development programs including measuring effectiveness in each of these modalities: VILT, ILT, and eLearning Three (3) ye
