    At Envision Horizons, we're on the hunt for a dedicated Sales Development Executive to enhance our business development team. This 100% remote role involves partnering closely with our Client Services team's Account Managers to pinpoint and support avenues for expanding our brand portfolio with new clients.

    How You'll Make a Mark:
    As our Sales Development Executive, you're at the heart of our company's outreach and pipeline creation endeavors. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential prospects using a myriad of outreach techniques and initiating pivotal dialogues with key stakeholders. If you have a fervor for ecommerce and a knack for converting potential leads into loyal clients, you're who we're looking for.

    The perfect fit would be someone who's not just organized and data-driven, but also a proactive collaborator with a keen appetite for learning. The ability to adapt and excel in a rapid, ever-evolving environment is paramount. Join us, and you'll be collaborating across a broad spectrum of sectors, handling some of the agency's largest and most vibrant clients.
    Original Sales Development Executive- Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Data Analysis: Collect and scrutinize data pertaining to the performance of potential client brands on Amazon and other online platforms.
    • Potential Customer Audits: Design tailor-made audits that offer profound insights and analytics on crucial performance indicators.
    • Task Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring organized project management and seamless operations.
    • Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Account Directors and Managers to implement the overarching strategy.
    • Amazon Expertise: Learn and stay updated with the latest trends on Amazon, including its competitive environment and new feature releases.
    • Team Leadership: Spearhead team discussions, fostering a culture of active participation and knowledge exchange.
    • Lead Generation: Source leads from qualified brands using tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot, and email marketing campaigns. Identify and attend conferences and other events to build relationships and company recognition
    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to devise a robust "action plan", pinpointing target companies and framing email drafts.
    • Lead Nurturing: Employ a consistent approach to contact via phone, email, and chat to nurture and qualify leads originating from marketing endeavors.
    • Account Management: Engage in research to develop both new and existing accounts, including adding contacts and maintaining regular email communication.
    • Performance Goals: Consistently meet or surpass weekly and monthly targets encompassing outbound emails, contact acquisition, qualified opportunities, and successful business closures.
    • Client Transition: Organize meetings to transition interested leads to the Business Development Manager.
    • Process Enhancement: Familiarize, utilize, and contribute to the refinement of our lead generation process.
    • Continuous Learning: Regularly attend training and informational sessions. Keep abreast of eCommerce industry developments, trends, ad formats, and innovative tools.
    • Supporting Business Development: Aid the Business Development Manager in accumulating essential data for fresh client audits.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with both internal teams and external client groups.
    Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in quickly adapting to and learning new technologies.
    • Clear and concise communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
    • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Robust quantitative abilities, with a keen interest in data analysis. Familiarity with Excel features, including vlookup, pivot tables, and other foundational formulas.
    • A results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
    • Proficiency in balancing numerous tasks, ensuring timely completion.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using MS Office tools and/or Google Suite.
    • Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
    • A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferable.

    Salary: Competitive Base- $90,000 - $110,000 OTE
