    Description
    Job Summary

    Provides administrative support to our People & Talent division, specifically our Manager of Executive Special Projects. Exercises independent judgment; however, works under general supervision.

    Responsible for providing secretarial and basic administrative support services such as receiving visitors, answers phone calls, providing customer service with inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supervisor's calendar, prepares correspondence, tracks spreadsheets, may assist with payroll, and creates presentations, and conducts special projects, as assigned.

    May handle sensitive information and is always expected to maintain confidentiality. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Healthcare. Reports to Manager or assigned to department.


    This role will provide extensive administrative support and will be an integral team member in helping facilitate and create new processes regarding our administrative functions, specifically project meeting coordination, invoicing, supply ordering, and travel arrangements for the Talent Acquisition & Epic Training teams.


    • High school graduate or GED.
    • Two years clerical or administrative support experience.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Multi-tasking skills and understanding of a high-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Word, and Excel software
